Essentially the current members primary requirement is to have ownership of their plot and have communal ownership of the land.

•Approved subdivision as per the layout to council

•Full title deed on the 9 plots that we have purchased

•Full services installed

•Architectural design guidelines to be put in place by Tessa van Schaik as per the groups vision- already agreed upon

•Home owners regulations

•Development fully managed

•Communal pool

•Bond fully paid off and closed (this is approximately R1 000 000)

•No further bond payments

•Remainder/common area to remain the property of all stakeholders

In exchange

•The current members will be willing to hand over the balance of the plots as per the submitted and approved plans for development. They are also willing to relinquish the existing structure and shed. – the idea essentially is that there will be manager , laundry etc. in that space.

•There is also potential for camping type facilities and there is potential for this to be developed

•The remaining plots plus the main farm house as per the submitted and approved plans
